AI-Datenbrille <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser Team besch\u00e4ftigte sich mit Microsoft Health und hatte sich dieses innovative Produkt HoloLens (Version 1) ausgesucht, das alle begeisterte. Die Herstellungskosten wurden anhand einer Detailkalkulation der Hardwarekomponente ermittelt. Auf Basis des bekannten Kaufpreises und nach Ermittlung des Marktpotenzials im US-Gesundheitsmarkt wurde der potenzielle Gewinn ermittelt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der <strong>Business Case HoloLens<\/strong> wurde im Pitch im direkten Vergleich zu den anderen Teams pr\u00e4sentiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Business Case: Ergebnis f\u00fcr den US-Markt<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Sektor der Virtual Reality (VR) und Mixed Reality (MR) wurde im US-Health Markt bis 2025 ein Umsatzpotenzial von 5,1 bis 12 Milliarden USD ermittelt. Im Ergebnis sahen wir bis zu 3,4 Millionen potenzielle Nutzer f\u00fcr die HoloLens.Microsoft bietet die HoloLens noch f\u00fcr weitere Branchen an, f\u00fcr die wie folgendes Absatzpotenzial sahen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>14,8 Mrd. US$- Video Games\/Entertainment<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>5,1 Mrd. US$ &#8211; Health Care<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4,7 Mrd. US$ &#8211; Engineering<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>4,1 Mrd. US$ &#8211; Live Events<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2,6 Mrd. US$ &#8211; Real Estate<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1,4 Mrd. US$ &#8211; Military<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>0,7 Mrd. Weiterhin sch\u00e4tzten wir 83.000 Nutzer in Krankenh\u00e4usern der USA. Einen Bedarf von ca. 10 Millionen HoloLens Brillen gibt es auch im Pflegebereich, wo die Brille zur Anzeige von Gesundheitsdaten genutzt werden kann. Das setzt dort voraus, dass ein Electronic Health Record (EHR), in Deutschland elektronische Patientenakte (ePA) existiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Ergebnis wurde mit dem Vertrieb des prognostizierten Volumens im US-Heath-Markt ein m\u00f6glicher Gewinn 2,191 Mrd. USD errechnet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bewertung aus heutiger Sicht 2020<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus Gespr\u00e4chen mit dem zust\u00e4ndigen Produktmanager- in bei Microsoft habe ich erfahren, dass sich unsere damalige Prognose (noch) nicht erf\u00fcllt hat. Diese sind aber in der Praxis nicht so einfach zu heben. Das liegt <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">nicht <\/span>an den hohen Anschaffungskosten der HoloLens, denn diese ist bereits <a href=\"https:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/de-de\/hololens\/buy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">f\u00fcr ambitionierte Privatanwender bereits erschwinglich.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das deutsche Gesundheitswesen ist mehr als 10 Jahre hinter <a href=\"https:\/\/ehealth-it.de\/publications-thomas-huelse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">andere europ\u00e4ischen Vergleichsl\u00e4ndern<\/a> zur\u00fcckgefallen. Ich ermittle gerade nach dem Kalkulationsschema aus dem Studienprojekt das Potenzial der HoloLens-2 im Gesundheitsbereich von Deutschland und bin gespannt auf das Ergebnis.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerne m\u00f6chte ich zuk\u00fcnftig f\u00fcr eine innovative Firma arbeiten, die die Chancen in diesem Markt erkannt hat und wahrnimmt. \u00dcbrigens hat unsere Studiengruppe f\u00fcr die Hausarbeit und den Pitch die Bestnote 1.0 bekommen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das ist bei dem verantwortlichen Professor gar nicht so einfach.
