Die Patientenakten werden dadurch sicherer und besser skalierbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der Natur der <strong>Blockchain<\/strong> liegt eine verteilte Speicherung. Dies kann den Austausch von Daten zwischen autorisierten Parteien erleichtern und traditionelle Datensilos \u00fcberbr\u00fccken. Dadurch steigt die Effizienz dramatisch und die Koordination der nationalen Gesundheitsversorgung wird verbessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durch die unver\u00e4nderlichen Aufzeichnungen, welche die Blockchain bereitstellt, wird die Datenpr\u00fcfung wesentlich vereinfacht oder entf\u00e4llt ganz. Die Kosten des Blockchain k\u00f6nnen durch Belohnungen f\u00fcr Transaktions- berechnende medizinische Forscher Verg\u00fcnstigungen f\u00fcr anonymisierten Datens\u00e4tze gesenkt werden.<br><br>Wie das in der Praxis geht, zeigt Estland mit seinem Estonia Health Information System (EHIS) und der Electronic Health Record (EHR). Im Jahr 2017 wurden mit dem System bereits ca. 50.000 Anfragen pro Tag durchgef\u00fchrt und abgesichert und die Daten von 1,5 Millionen B\u00fcrgern elektronisch verwaltet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Blockchain senkt dadurch die Kosten f\u00fcr die medizinische Versorgung. Ferner bedarf diese kein zentrales Hosting.
